Terms of Service

Welcome to Resin Craft Home. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products and Handmade Variations

Our products are handcrafted. Small variations in colour, pattern, flower placement, and finish may occur between individual pieces.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear.

Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Please check your product selections, customisation details, delivery address, and contact information before confirming your purchase.

Prices and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Orders may be cancelled or refunded where required by applicable law or our published policies.

Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing the spelling, names, dates, and other information submitted for personalised products. Contact us promptly if you notice an error before production begins.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our published Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

Website content, product photographs, branding, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Resin Craft Home is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when our services or business practices change. Updated terms will be published on this page with an appropriate revision date.
